Maintenance Checklists

Spring Maintenance
- Remove the leaves and debris that has fallen in the unit
- Chemically clean the outdoor coil
- Check the refrigerant levels
- Check the electrical components
- Check the filters. Replace customer supplied filters.
- Visually check the duct-work (where reasonably accessible)
Fall Maintenance
- Remove the leaves and debris that has fallen in the unit
- Clean the indoor coil (if accessible)
- Check the refrigerant levels(Heat Pump only)
- Check the electrical components
- Check carbon monoxide levels (if gas fired)
- Check the filters. Replace customer supplied filters.
- Visually check the duct-work (where reasonably accessible)
